Converge Admin Login — Find Your Brand First: 192.168.100.1 (Huawei) or 192.168.1.1 (ZTE, FiberHome)

One split before anything else: “Converge login” means two different doors. This page is the modem login. Your Converge account password lives on the SSPR portal — explained in our Converge password guide. Modem first, below.

Direct answer

Check the brand on your modem first. Huawei: open 192.168.100.1 and log in as root / adminHW. ZTE or FiberHome: open 192.168.1.1 instead — ZTE’s accounts are listed below, because on Converge they change. The brand decides everything; the sticker confirms it.

Open 192.168.100.1 (Huawei) → Open 192.168.1.1 (ZTE / FiberHome) Both work only while connected to your Converge network. Wrong brand, wrong door — no pair will save you.

A correction worth making at the top: the big router-password site ranking for this search lists Converge’s default IPs as “192.168.0.1 and 192.168.1.1, 50/50” and its default as admin / admin. For Philippine Converge, both claims fail — 192.168.100.1, the Huawei door used by most current units, doesn’t even appear in their split, and no Converge source supports admin/admin. Brand first; the table above is the map.

Log In in 3 Steps

  1. Step 1 — Connect

Connect to your Converge WiFi (names like Converge_2.4GHz / Converge_5GHz, or your sticker’s SSIDs) or by LAN cable.
  2. Step 2 — Open Your Brand’s Door

Type your brand’s address from the fork table in the address bar (http:// is fine), not a search box. On a phone, rotate to landscape; these panels were built for wide screens.
  3. Step 3 — Enter Your Brand’s Pair, Typed by Hand

Use the matrix below — and type it, don’t paste: a trailing space from copy-paste is a documented cause of failure, especially on ZTE.

The Pair Matrix — Huawei Stable, ZTE Layered

Huawei — root / adminHW, and the EG Tiers

Standard admin: root / adminHW Published (TechPilipinas’s guide; works unless changed). Variant seen in summaries: root / admin. EG-series models (EG8041V5, EG8247H5 class) also carry reported tier pairs — Epadmin / adminEp (admin tier) and Epuser / userEp (user tier) Reported. If root/adminHW fails on an EG unit, the Ep admin tier is the next try before concluding anything.

Open 192.168.100.1 →

And the trap, named once: forum answers for Huawei units often hand out a pair beginning “telecomadmin” — that is the provider-side master account on Huawei ONTs, not a subscriber login, and this site does not publish master credentials on any ISP. Your account is root, and everything a subscriber legitimately needs is inside it.

ZTE Owners: the Ground Moves — the Three-Level Ladder, Batch Variance, and Converge’s Rotations

ZTE is where Converge login help usually goes wrong, because the honest answer is layered:

The Ladder (Try in This Order)

  1. user / user — the basic account. Confirmed working by F670L owners; opens the everyday settings.
  2. operator / operator@123 — the middle account. Confirmed working alongside user/user in subscriber testing.
  3. admin / Converge@zte123 — the standard admin account, listed as the F670L’s admin access in Google’s AI Overview and confirmed working by many owners — including on the newer F1611A, and in reports running into 2026. One scope note that explains half the arguments about it: an independent 2026 credential table documents this pair for the F670L’s older firmware — it is the long-installed base where the pair is stable, and firmware is one of the things that can move it (see the rotation note below).

The variance is real. On some units — including the F670L whose owner tested all three in public — the admin pair fails while user and operator work. Batch and firmware differ; a pair failing on your unit does not make it “wrong,” and a pair working for a commenter does not guarantee yours. The secondhand market shows the same truth from the other side: used and reflashed F670Ls are sold across Philippine marketplaces with the admin pair above advertised as their working GUI login — on a unit like that, whatever the seller left in place IS the credential, and it is usually this one.

And Converge itself moves the ground. When a subscriber whose admin pair had stopped working asked the ConvergePH community, its moderator’s answer was blunt: Converge sometimes changes these credentials; there is no subscriber-side fix when it happens; and support will not give them out (the same answer notes bridge mode is likewise refused). Treat a suddenly-dead ZTE admin pair as a possible Converge-side change, not as your error — and calibrate your next step accordingly (the rescue order below).

The Sticker Has the WiFi Key — Not Always the Admin Pair

Photograph the sticker (bottom/back of the modem): it carries the default WiFi names and the factory WiFi password, labelled WLAN Key. What it often does not carry on Converge units is the admin pair — that frequently lived only on the box, and boxes get lost. That asymmetry is why the published pairs and ladders on this page matter more for Converge than for PLDT or Globe: they are the standard route back in, not a shortcut.

Bida Fiber and YOTC — Same Network, Same Modems, Same Doors

If your bill says Bida Fiber or YOTC: both run on Converge’s network, and the modems issued are from the same Huawei/ZTE/FiberHome families. There is no separate Bida or YOTC login door and no separate credential list — identify the brand printed on your modem and use its row in the fork table. (If your unit’s branding differs from the modem’s maker, the maker is the row that counts.) Forum threads asking for a “Bida admin password” are still active in 2026 and still go unanswered in public for exactly this reason: there is no Bida-specific pair to give — only the modem maker’s rows above, and Converge support behind them.

Here to Change the WiFi Password?

You’re one login away: once you’re in, Huawei owners use Fast Setting (both bands, one screen) and ZTE/FiberHome owners use their network/security screens — the full walkthrough, per vendor, with the eviction sequence for unwanted devices, is our Converge WiFi password guide.

Locked Out? The Converge Rescue Order — Support Before Reset

  1. Type, don’t paste. Trailing spaces have defeated more ZTE owners than any rotation. Re-enter the pair by hand.
  2. Work the ladder in order (ZTE) or the failure order (Huawei: right door → Ep tiers → changed pair). Note which rungs open — that tells you your unit’s state.
  3. Ask who changed it. Household member, installer, or a previous guide-follower (the Fast Setting wizard itself teaches changing the admin password).
  4. Call Converge — (02) 8667-0850 (the hotline published in TechPilipinas’s guide). Go in knowing support will not hand out rotated ZTE admin credentials (per the community moderator) — but line-side and provisioning problems are theirs, and a unit whose credentials were rotated is a legitimate support case.
  5. Reset — last, and on Converge it carries a real price. Holding the recessed Reset button (~5 seconds, until the lights blink) restores factory pairs — and wipes every custom setting. Worse, Converge subscribers and the community moderator warn that the ONT’s configuration may not automatically come back, and a reset can cost you the connection itself until Converge re-provisions it. On PLDT or Globe, reset is the standard last resort; on Converge, it is the risky one. Exhaust 1–4 first.

Converge Admin Login Questions — Answered Short

How do I log into the converge admin portal?

Find your modem’s brand, open its door (Huawei 192.168.100.1; ZTE/FiberHome 192.168.1.1), and enter its pair — root / adminHW on Huawei; the ladder (user → operator → admin) on ZTE. The fork table at the top is the whole map.

What is 192.168.100.1 router admin?

It’s a private gateway address — for Converge households, specifically the admin door of Huawei modems (the majority of current units). Type it in your browser’s address bar while connected to the modem’s network and the login panel opens.

How do I access 192.168.1.1 admin?

Same shape, other branch: 192.168.1.1 is the door for Converge’s ZTE and FiberHome units. Connect, open it, and work the ZTE ladder or your FiberHome pair.

How do I login to a Wi-Fi admin?

The “Wi-Fi admin” is this same modem panel — there is no separate WiFi-only login on Converge. The WiFi settings (name, password, bands) live inside it, behind your brand’s pair.

Is the Converge login the same as the SSPR portal?

No. SSPR (sspr-v2.convergeict.com) resets your Converge account password. It cannot touch your modem. Router passwords change only inside the modem panel, on your own network.

What is the Converge ZTE default admin password?

admin / Converge@zte123 is the documented standard admin account — working on many F670L/F1611A units, failing on others by batch, and subject to Converge-side rotation on some units. If it fails, the user and operator rungs below it usually still open; the ladder section explains the full picture.

Sources and status: TechPilipinas’s Converge guide via our password page research (root/adminHW, sticker facts, hotline); Google’s AI Overview (door split, ZTE’s three access levels, root/admin variant, reset-risk note) — its Huawei master pair is named as a tier, never reproduced; r/ConvergePH (the moderator’s rotation answer — attributed wherever used); r/InternetPH (F670L ladder testing, paste gotcha, cross-model reports); Ahrefs export for router-network’s Converge login page (the cluster’s measured shape, October 2026) — that page’s 0.1/1.1 split and admin/admin claim are corrected at the top. No master-tier credentials appear on this page, by policy.
